8 Worthington Date Night (or Day!) Ideas for Couples

Worthington Date

Worthington occupies just a small amount of the space inside of the 270 bubble, however it has so much to offer for date night! From beer to cocktails, and the farmer’s market to Zipzone, there’s a date night for every couple in this historic and quaint city!

For the beer loving couple…

Porch Growler

Porch Growler has a little bit of something for everyone. They have 60 beers on tap and 45 bottles/cans as well as some delicious hard ciders. It’s a great place for happy hour ($2 off growlers or $1 off all pints) or for filling up your growler. From August to May, it’s an ideal place to watch English Premier League soccer. If you choose to stay awhile you can order from Pizza Primo and have it delivered right to your table. Don’t feel like pizza? That’s ok, you can bring in something else you might enjoy. Dog and kid friendly.

Random Precision Brewing Company

Opened in 2018 by a couple who loves craft beer, Random Precision is one of the Columbus breweries that specialize in sour beers. Their bright and crisp, family-friendly taproom encourages community and conversation. They have TVs for major sporting events (they aren’t on all the time!), rotating food trucks on the weekends, local artwork on display, and often have live music on weekends. If beer isn’t your thing, they also have wine, cocktails, and ciders.

Zaftig Brewing Company

Zafitg focuses on high gravity, full-bodied ales, which means you have to watch out when drinking these bad boys as they generally have a higher ABV. They are meant for sipping, not for pounding! Zaftig has variety of board games and food trucks on select days (check the calendar here). But the best part is they allow dogs (and kids! ha!) inside the spacious taproom and will often have plenty of games and activities.
