May Columbus Events

It’s time for Columbus’ first Do Good Date Night event. Join us on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Mid-Ohio Foodbank for a night of charity combined with some date night fun! We’ll spend an hour sorting and packing food, then an hour of eating dinner and playing trivia.

Do Good Date Night was founded by Kristen Mainieri of Orlando Date Night Guide in 2015. She was taking pictures of her daughter at the school’s volunteer event. The kids looked like they were having so much fun making meal-kits and that is when the Do Good Date Night idea was born. Orlando has been so successful hosting about 25 or so events over the years that Kristen recently decided to take it to the national level. These events have been popping up across the country, with two in our own backyard at the Dayton Food Bank and LSS Food Pantry in Delaware.
